Solo ads
Buying solo ads from India
Same sellers, same listed prices. What changes is how the money leaves your account.
Buying traffic from India works the same way it works anywhere. The marketplace needs a payment method that clears. The readers come from the seller's list, and the seller publishes which countries that list sits in.
The audience question, answered first
Your location does not limit which sellers you can buy from, and it does not decide who receives the email. If you want US readers, buy from a seller whose published traffic is US-heavy. If you want readers closer to home, look for that in the breakdown instead. Both are on the listing before you pay.
This is worth being blunt about because the assumption goes the other way so often: people from cheaper markets often assume they are restricted to cheaper audiences. The listing decides, not the passport.
What it costs
Each seller sets their own price and it is printed on their listing, so there is no single rate. For a sense of scale:
What matters more than the rate is what a subscriber is worth to you. Work that out first, then the price column is a constraint rather than a ranking. See the filter and what each control does.
The payment question
You need a card or wallet accepted by the marketplace, and you need to know what your bank does with international transactions. Two things to settle before the first order:
- Whether your card is enabled for international online payments at all. Many are not by default, and the failure looks like the marketplace rejecting you.
- What conversion and cross-border fees your bank adds. On a deliberately small first order these are a meaningful share of the total.
Test size is a decision, not a budget
Buy the smallest lot that will produce a readable result on your page. Too small and you learn nothing, too large and you are betting on a seller you have never used. The point of the first order is to find out whether the second one is worth placing.
What to look at on the shortlist
- Published traffic country, matched to your offer.
- Repeat orders, which tell you what previous buyers did after seeing results.
- Buyer-reported sales, the closest public number to an outcome. All three are explained in the three numbers.
